Customers now have the ability to have multiple usernames on centralizedreturns.com. The "FileCode" field will be the four character code you've always used to log in to centralizedreturns.com. Initially, the "UserName" field will be the same as the "FileCode" field. The password is the same password you've always used to log in.
After logging in, you'll notice a new menu option on the left-hand side : "User Manager". This will allow you to add, delete, or change logins for your FileCode. It will also allow you to change the login passwords for users, and to set a username as the "Master Account".
The "Master Account" is the only account that will see the "User Manager" option on the menu, and is the only account allowed to add/change/delete users.
